Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Aftaab Siddiqui ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Splashy application for macOS or iPadOS ("the App") and our website.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
Splashy is designed to keep your drawings in files you control. Artwork, drawings, and text you create in the App are saved locally on your device or to whichever cloud storage you choose when saving a file (e.g., iCloud Drive or Dropbox). Components you save for reuse are kept on your device. We do not have access to your creations.
Splashy is a paid app sold through the App Store, and Apple handles the purchase entirely. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or who you are. The App has no in-app purchases and does not check what you own.
Because the App is distributed through the App Store, Apple handles all payment processing and distribution. Apple may collect telemetry, crash reports, and sales data as part of their standard App Store operations. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your data.
We do not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks within the App.
If you choose to contact us via email for support, we will use your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We will not use your email address for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
